- Have less Desires
• * Key to be more happy and to actually fulfill your one desire.
• * Focus on your most burning desire. Let go of the rest.
- Positivism
* Train yourself to see the bright side of anything that happens, until that behavior becomes second nature.
• * If it's too painful, at least see it as a teacher.
(to anything, you either take its bright side or its lesson)
- Biological Hacks
* Get more sunlight
* Smile
* Hug
* Spend time in Nature
- Watch your mind
• Identify potentially unhelpful thoughts.
• * Understand why these thoughts exist.

- Many health and behavior problems in adulthood are explained by adaptations to survive in childhood.
• In childhood, these adaptations were necessary. In adulthood, are useless and source of illnesses.
e.g./ A necessary behavior of tuning out later becomes ADHD.
